The rooms are equipped with two separate high-speed internet services, IP telephony with direct connection to our customer service team, and an emergency walkie-talkie connected to all our staff should you need to communicate with someone at any time. Rooms also have first aid kits and a well-developed emergency protocol.

Yes, but don’t worry; everything is designed so you can enjoy an intimate connection with nature safely. You should be aware that you will be in a highly wild and remote area where animals, birds, and even some insects will be present. The rooms are built and designed to keep you isolated and safe from the environment, but you are welcome to explore and learn. We will provide books, binoculars, and boots for a great day of exploration in Costa Rica’s cloud forest.

Keep in mind that since this is a remote location, your car must remain in the reception parking lot. Our team will take you to your room in our 4×4 safari vehicles. If you need to access your car, you can send a text message or simply call to arrange it, and we will take you to your car immediately. This service is available between 7:30 am and 9:00 pm.

All rooms are equipped with a fully stocked kitchen for cooking. We recommend bringing ingredients to prepare your meals. The second option is the El Tigre Waterfalls restaurant (open from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm). The third option is to hire a private chef service for the room. You can also drive 20 minutes to Santa Elena and enjoy the main restaurants in the area.
